Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Course Fees and Payment

Training program fees are listed on our website inese Yen and must be paid in full before course commencement unless alternative payment arrangements are authorized. Prices are subject to change, but enrolled participants will pay the fee applicable at the time of registration. Payment can be made through our authorized payment processors, and all transactions are subject to verification.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation request:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before course start date: Full refund minus administrative fee
  • Cancellations made 7-14 days before start date: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before start date: No refund
  • Cancellations after course commencement: No refund

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative session.

Certification Exam Fees
